CS Management (referred to as "CSM", "we"

you when you order or enter the prize draw, this information
is used to send regular updates, features and special offers,
which may interest you. Should you at anytime decide you do
not wish to receive any further communication from us email
customerservices@thegarden.co.uk or go to our Features Menu-
Prize-Draw enter your email address and check unsubscribe. We
do not pass on your email address to third parties.
Data Protection
If you choose to complete one of our on-line forms, the personal
information you provide will be used by CS Management to enable
us to deal with your requests in the best possible manner. It
may also be used to monitor the progress of your enquiry within
CS Management and to register any subsequent sale of any of
the products you have requested. We may also use such information
to update our website for you and to keep you informed of further
product information and site developments if you have indicated
any such preference. Our purposes for holding personal information
and a description of the general categories of parties to whom
we may disclose it can be found in the Data Protection Register.

The Garden After-Sales Care
Delivery
At The Garden we endeavour to ensure that your products arrive
to you efficiently and in superb condition. It is important
to us that you are satisfied with The Garden and our after-sales
care. Please read below for more details on our delivery service.
Should delivery occur while you are out please leave instructions
where the goods are to be left, this information can be entered
at order stage in the additional information box i.e. leave
by shed, leave next door.
The Cost
All items within The Garden include VAT at 17.5%.
The Time
We will advise customers whenever a delivery is delayed
for any reason, you will be able to cancel your order if the
new delivery date is not acceptable, and be offered a refund.
Depending on the product you have ordered The Garden will send
them with a carrier most suited to that product. Please rest
assured that The Garden has developed special packaging to guarantee
that the items you have ordered (including organic items such
as plants) arrive as they were packed. We can offer a range
of deliver options and advise you of their costs.
Please note that we will not be liable for any
loss caused to you by late delivery of plants or other products.
The Place
Presently, The Garden will only deliver plants within the UK
as various plant health laws of other countries and time in
transit prevent us from doing so. However, most non-organic
items can be delivered to all countries across the globe.
Availability
The Garden strive to minimise the risk of out of stock items
but if for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we
will notify you immediately with proposed date of delivery.
Payment
Currently The Garden accepts most major credit and debit cards
- Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta - which are credited/debited
at point of purchase or cheques by post.

Refunds and Complaints
In the unlikely event of you wishing to return your
order for a refund you must notify the customer services team
within 5 days of receipt of order. Refunds will be processed
within 5 days of the goods being returned in good condition.
We will respond to complaints immediately if possible, if not
we guarantee to reply within 5 days of receipt, and look to
resolving any dispute within 5 days. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Cancellation
Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order either
by telephone, fax or email if you wish to cancel. We will then
contact you to confirm that this process has been carried out.
