Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order over the telephone
01243 512004. You can pay by cheque or we accept most major
credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta.
Please note that your credit/debit card will be debited at
the point of purchase and before despatch. Also we must receive
your cheque before we despatch your order. If we are unable
to fulfil your order for any reason we will refund your payment
immediately.

Q: I am unable to find a plant I am
looking for, can you help?
A: Yes, call our nursery on 01243 512004,
who specialise in locating the more unusual plant material
and they will be able to give you a quote.

Q: What is The Garden's returns policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your goods you
can return any item in its original condition, for any reason
within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a
full refund.
All items must be returned to us before a refund
or replacement is issued.
If we have made a mistake we'll also refund
the delivery charge.
We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement
has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving
the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer.

Q: How do I return something to The Garden?
A: If for any reason you want to return
an item, please call us 01243 512004 or email us at info@thegarden.co.uk
and we will organise for your parcel to be collected
and a replacement or refund processed.
If you have any questions regarding our returns

Q: I have a query about
a plant I have received from The Garden?
A: We deliver plants of the
highest quality, all of which are fully inspected at our nursery
before despatch. All of our plants are guaranteed to arrive
in excellent condition, true to name and are accompanied with
accurate plant care information. If for any reason something
appears to be wrong with your plants when you receive them,
please let us know immediately by calling the nursery on:
01243 512004 or emailing us at info@thegarden.co.uk
and we guarantee to resolve the problem as quickly as
possible.
We would like to highlight the fact that certain
plants look different depending upon the time of year. For
example, a deciduous shrub will arrive bare of foliage during
the winter and will have discoloured leaves during the Autumn.
Perennial plants will not be visible until the Spring time
(and will just look like a pot of soil!). However, if you
have any concerns about the health of your plants please do
not hesitate to contact our nursery.

Q: What are the estimated delivery times for
orders placed with The Garden?
A: At The Garden we understand that reliability,
affordability and speed of delivery are essential.
Christmas Delivery
To guarantee delivery before Christmas orders should be placed
by the 8th December.
Delivery
Currently we deliver plants to addresses in only the UK .
International Deliveries
We are currently unable to send plants overseas.
Packaging
Your plants will be delivered in a protective, humid environment
so we can ensure they will reach you in perfect condition.
Planting and care instructions will be enclosed.
Plants
All plants will be delivered using Securicor Omega Dhl.
Delivery times will vary with product. Plants
we advise a next day service, costs can be calculated once
an order is received.
Special packaging has been developed to ensure
that your plants reach you in perfect condition and arrive
healthy.
Exceptions
Certain items, particularly large goods, due to their nature
are despatched directly from the manufacturer. Where this
is the case we have highlighted the maximum number of days
you should expect to wait.
